Rapberry/Cream Cheese Pastries
I'm thinking croissant dough w/ vegan cream cheese (homemade?) and some kind of raspberry sauce... raspberry jam would work, though I'm thinking more along the lines of real raspberries and sugar... :)

I love you lots.
Also, we are so making truffles in December.
I think the soy creamer we used in the croissants should work, although I'm wondering if that will make the truffles too sweet. We could try it anyway, or we could look at Whole Foods to see if there's any other alternative.
